Walk in. Set your bag down. The space does the rest.

The Well was designed for the person who needs a reset and doesn't want to work for it. No clutter asking for your attention. No brainwork required. Southwestern minimalism through a mid-century modern lens: Navajo pattern work, meditative line motifs, the teal velvet couch that is exactly as good as it looks in photos.

One bedroom, sleeps two. The kitchen is stocked for real home cooking, not just coffee and a box of cereal. A local restaurant guide doubles as a cookbook inspired by Palm Springs favorites. Smart storage keeps everything organized. Nothing has been added for filler. Every piece earned its place.

The outdoor space is yours: slow mornings with coffee, a meal under the desert sky, or just sitting and letting it be quiet. The Well is a long-term rental (28-night minimum). Reach out if you're looking for an extended stay in Palm Springs.

Why This Space

I built The Well for the guest I kept being: someone who arrives overstimulated and needs to decompress, not add more input. So I removed the clutter, chose every piece deliberately, and made the storage so good that nothing looks like it lives anywhere. You walk in and you just feel it settle.

This is a 28-night minimum property, which means it's designed for people who are actually staying. Not passing through. The workspace is real. The kitchen is stocked for actual cooking. There's room to spread out, settle in, and not feel like a guest in your own temporary home. Most places that do long-term rentals just subtract the fluffy pillows and call it done. I wanted this one to feel worth choosing.

Eann

Location

The Well sits in Palm Springs proper, walkable to downtown. Palm Canyon Drive is a short walk. The Uptown Design District, weekend farmers market, and the spa scene are all close. You can skip the car for most of it.

Tahquitz Canyon trail: under 10 minutes. Palm Springs Aerial Tramway: under 15. Indian Wells Tennis Garden (BNP Paribas Open): 25 minutes east. Joshua Tree National Park: under an hour.

Who Stays Here

Solo travelers who need real alone time. Couples who want intimacy over square footage. Remote workers who think better in quiet, well-designed spaces. People mid-transition: a big decision to sit with, a creative project that needs silence, something to reconnect with. Guests who leave The Well tend to say they feel clear-headed in a way they didn't expect.
