Indigo Palm Collective | Boutique Desert Vacation Rentals
The desert is waiting. The question is: which house fits you?
Picture it: pool light catching the mountain silhouette, cold drink sweating in your hand, shoulders finally down. You've stopped checking the time.
That's the feeling we're chasing across four properties in the Coachella Valley. Each one built with intention, designed to serve you, never the other way around.
Four Homes. Find Yours.
Same care, different personalities. Pick the one that sounds like your trip.
Cozy Cactus

Terra Luz
Indio | 3BR/2BA | Kahlo Blue Pool
Old Havana character. One Frida-blue pool. The pace slows the moment you step inside.

The Sundune
Palm Springs | 2BR/2BA | Coastal Desert
Fresh, nostalgic, effortlessly Palm Springs.
Three king beds, linen curtains catching the morning light, and Palm Canyon Drive four minutes on foot. Coastal desert without the clichés. The version of Palm Springs regulars keep coming back to.
The Well
Palm Springs | 1BR/1BA | Sleeps 4
Where minimalism feels like a hug.
Walk in, set your bag down, and the space does the rest. Clean lines, warm wood, teal velvet couch. No clutter, no noise. Just the kind of quiet that lets you breathe.
What Guests Say
4.97 stars across 300+ reviews on Airbnb.
"Eann's place was absolute perfection. From the carefully labeled switches and drawers to the awesome coffee bar. Every single detail was thought of. I have never written a review so quickly and enthusiastically."
Jessica R., The Cozy Cactus
"Such an amazing space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked. Eann was such a responsive host. We even extended our stay because we loved it so much."
Claire B., The Sundune
"Eann's home was perfect for our family of 5. My toddler was obsessed with 'golf' and we putted for hours. I can't recommend this place enough."

Why We Host
It started with a single rental in Indio. Now it's four homes built around the same belief.
I became a host because I kept renting places that had everything on the checklist and nothing that made me feel anything. The snack drawer had no snacks. The junk drawer had only junk. The coffee bar was a Keurig and a single packet of decaf. I'd stand in someone else's kitchen trying to find a bowl and feel like an inconvenience in my own vacation.
So I built the opposite. A place where the snack drawer has real snacks, the coffee bar is loaded before you wake up, and every drawer is labeled because life is too short to hunt for scissors. Then I built another one. And two more. Each one different on purpose: Terra Luz for the guest who wants to feel like they've landed somewhere, Cozy Cactus for the family who needs a break from managing everything, The Sundune for the three couples who just want to split a king bed and a downtown address, The Well for the person who needs to go quiet for a while.
The thing that connects all four: you shouldn't have to think about the house. It should just work. Before you arrive, we've already thought about what you'll need. That's the whole point of this.

Our Indio properties (Cozy Cactus, Terra Luz, The Well) are just 2–3 miles from Empire Polo Club, about 8-10 minutes by car. The Sundune in Palm Springs is 25 minutes from the festival grounds.
Yes, Terra Luz is our pet-friendly vacation rental in Indian Palms Country Club. We welcome dogs with advance approval. Contact us at indigopalmco@gmail.com for pet policy details and any applicable fees.
Cozy Cactus is our family-focused vacation rental with 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests. It includes a pack-n-play, sound machines, curated toy collection, pool, hot tub, and an organization system parents rave about in reviews.

Yes, and it's one of the best parts about staying here. You are in one of the closest locations to the festival: no long shuttle lines, no surge pricing. From the property, it's about a 0.7 mile walk within Indian Palms to the front security gate, then 0.3 more miles to the Yellow Path at 49th and Monroe. Total walk is about 1.5 miles via Eisenhower Dr (around 19 min). Bring comfy shoes. The path is gravel. No pedestrians are allowed on Monroe (between Ave 49 and 52) or Madison (between Ave 50 and 52).
Yes. Community members within Indian Palms often offer golf cart rides or "tailgate taxis" to the front gate for a few dollars. The going rate is roughly $5/rider for a group of 10, or $10/rider for smaller groups. Plan this in advance: it saves your feet for the festival. We'll include current contact info in your welcome book closer to your stay.
Avoid driving if at all possible during festival hours. Traffic around 48th & Monroe gets completely gridlocked. If you must drive, use the Monroe Gate (main guest entry, the only gate with security staff). Do not use the Avenue 50 Gate: it's restricted to residents only and you will be turned around. During festival weekends, Avenue 50 between Madison & Monroe experiences full road closures Friday through Sunday, along with several surrounding streets. We'll share the full road closure map in your welcome book.
Indian Palms Country Club has plenty to keep you busy between sets. The community offers 3 pools, pickleball courts (we provide paddles), and tennis courts (ID required to rent rackets). There's also a Lifestyle Center fitness facility. Let us know in advance if you'd like access and we'll get you set up.
