The room that books first. There is a reason.

Blue leaf wallpaper on the headboard wall. Rattan headboard. Surfboard mounted overhead, the kind that looks intentional because it is. Oval mirror catching morning light from the window. Banana leaf plant in the corner that stays alive because it is one of the few that actually thrives indoors without supervision.

The wavy woven pendant lamp was the detail that finished the room. It hangs in the corner above the lounge chair with the checkerboard throw. That chair gets used. The ribbed dresser below it has the burl wood surface with air plants and a small stack of travel books. None of it is styling for a shoot. It lives there when guests are not.

King bed, good linen, blackout blinds behind the shutters. The room is quiet. The bathroom is connected. Three kings at The Sundune, and this is the one people mention in reviews by name.
