This Rental Agreement is between MPT Industries and Guest for the selected property.
1. Occupancy and Use
The property may not be occupied by more than the agreed-upon number of guests. No parties, events, subletting, or commercial use is permitted. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
2. House Rules and Care of Property
Guest agrees to keep the property in good condition and follow all house rules. Guest is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
3. Payment and Cancellation
Payment terms and cancellation policy are as stated at the time of booking. Cancellations outside the window are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required. Damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations may be deducted. Remaining funds returned within 2 days of checkout.
5. Pets and Children
Pets only with prior written approval. Unauthorized pets may result in fees or termination. Children must be supervised at all times.
6. Pools, Hot Tubs, and Amenities
Use of amenities is at Guest's own risk. No glass, foreign substances, or pets in the pool or hot tub. Misuse may result in cleaning fees.
7. No Refunds for Uncontrollable Events
No refunds for weather, power outages, water interruptions, pool or appliance downtime, construction, or acts of nature beyond Owner's control.
8. Entry and Maintenance
Owner or agents may enter the property as needed for maintenance, repairs, or emergencies.
9. Assumption of Risk and Liability
Guest assumes all risks associated with the property and amenities and holds Owner harmless from liability, except in cases of Owner's gross negligence.
10. Governing Law
Governed by California law. Disputes resolved in Riverside County, California.
